  • “Video” could mean a 15-second Reel or a 30-minute YouTube video, two very different beasts. That’s why we don’t do one-size-fits-all pricing.

    We’ll chat about your goals first, then send you a few package options at different price points. Simple, flexible, and built around what you actually need.

  • For one-off projects, it’s 50% up front to book your spot, and 50% when the final video is delivered.

    If you're on a monthly social media package, you’ll be billed for the first month when we kick things off, and then on that same date each month going forward.

  • Definitely. Most of our packages include 1 round of revisions, which means you send us all your change requests at once, and we update the video based on that list.

    If things get more complex (like multiple revision rounds or major changes), we’ll let you know before doing anything that would add extra cost.

  • Generally, we like to keep things collaborative. We’ll set up a shared Google Doc where you can drop ideas, notes, or brand direction, and we’ll add concepts that we think will inspire great content.

    For monthly packages, it’s more of an ongoing partnership - think consistent back-and-forth. For one-off projects, we usually kick things off with a brainstorming call or scripting session to get everything aligned from the start.

  • Yes! We're based in the Fraser Valley and most of our shoots happen between Vancouver and Chilliwack. However, if you're somewhere within reasonable driving distance, like Kelowna or Kamloops, the answer is almost always yes.

    For international projects, we can either explore a remote setup or have a conversation about travel. If it’s a good fit, we’ll find a way to make it work.
